GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All cakes to be ordered at least 1 day in advance, and by 12pm if items are needed the next day. However, please note that because we are a small kitchen, we reserve the right to stop taking orders for any particular day once our kitchen capacity is reached, so best to order a little more in advance.

Any changes or cancellation within 2 days of collection or delivery may not be accepted.

Kindly get in touch with us for larger sized cakes. For urgent orders, please call or text 97265101.

Full payment must be made before an order can be processed.

 

COLLECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If your order is not collected on the chosen pick up date, the products will be disposed of by the end of the date and no refund will be given.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charge is generally at a flat rate of $7 for orders below $50, $5 for orders between $50 and $120, and free delivery for orders above $120.

However, please note the following exceptions to the above delivery charges:

Sundays: Delivery is at a surcharge of $10

Saturday morning 10am to 12pm: Delivery is at a surcharge of $10

Early morning deliveries between 8am to 10am are at a flat rate of $20.

 

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We deliver  island-wide, including Sentosa, but excluding highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals etc.

In the event no one is present at the delivery destination to collect the order, cakes will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on the same day, a surcharge of $10 will be added (and payable in cash upon delivery).

If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on another day, a new order will need to be made and paid for. No refund on the original order will be made.

All products must be checked upon delivery. If there are no issues at time of delivery, the order shall be deemed completed and accepted once the delivery receipt has been signed.

Once the delivery receipt has been signed, we will not be held liable for any damages or product spoilage, which may be due to improper handling or storage.

If the recipient refuses to accept the product, the order will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be given (unless the product was severely damaged during transportation)
